I photographed this great house last week in Fountain Hills. It should be on the market soon. The house had some great features. I especially loved the courtyard in the middle of the house. It has a great back patio with an amazing view and a hot tub. The kitchen was recently remodeled and the great room when you walk in the house is absolutely enormous. This house should get snatched up fast.
