This is my first listing shot entirely in HDR. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. It essentially is taking multiple exposures and then combining them. I’ve played with hdr a little bit and had mixed results. I spent that last week perfecting the shooting and batch processing and I’m really liking the results. I have a little tweaking to go, but I will be shooting all of my listings in hdr and I won’t have to charge anymore because of my processing techniques. I shot this lovely DC ranch home for realtor Steve Jury of Sotheby’s. It will be on the market very soon. This is a great house. 2 minutes from the 101. View of the McDowell Mountains. 4+ bedrooms, 3 baths, deep 2 car garage with built in cabinets, large master bath with walk-in. In a gated community. I would be interested in this house if I were in the market.
